Care Partner Support Group Survey

We are offering a Care Partner Support Group in the next month, and we are currently surveying care partners to determine demand as well as preferred days and times for this group. We know how challenging it is to care for a loved one with cognitive decline. Providing ongoing and affordable group support, facilitated by a professional health coach is one of our highest priorities. Each group will be small in size, between 12 to 15 people, and will be 60 minutes in length to allow everyone time to participate.

This group is for care partners without their loved ones present as a means and a moment of respite and self-care; thus, we will be limiting attendance to care partners only.

As participation grows, we will continue to expand the number of groups we offer, including times that are friendlier to other countries. At this time, we are requesting participants comfortable speaking English, but we anticipate a care partners group in Spanish within six months if there is a market for it. 

The participation fee for being a part of the Care Partner Support Group is $20 a month for ReCODE and PreCODE care partners of subscribers and $30 a month for care partners of non-subscribers.
