Sometimes, a little extra guidance or connection can make all the difference in your brain-health journey. Our Support and Education Groups for our PreCODE and ReCODE members offer a welcoming, small-group environment where participants can share experiences, exchange practical tips, and learn best practices alongside others on a similar path. Each group is facilitated by Apollo Health’s ReCODE 2.0 Certified Coaches, creating a space that’s both informative and supportive. Most groups require a participation fee; the Mindfulness Support Group is free for all members.

This is great for sharing experiences and building each other up. Great to share ideas and ‘things that work’. It is exactly what I was looking for.

John Hetzel

We focus on tips and different detox strategies but the sessions are filled with hope and encouragement for everyone. It’s so easy to be discouraged but our group won’t let that happen.

The teachers are excellent, there is just so much to learn, and the support of peers is invaluable.
