Apollo Health knows that adopting the ReCODE Protocol™ lifestyle can sometimes feel like running the gauntlet. A frequent challenge related to this is the overwhelming feeling of isolation resulting from a lack of understanding or belief in the protocol, both by the community in general and by friends and family in particular. This isolation often leads to great frustration and difficulty with compliance. It was with this in mind that we created our monthly support groups.

There is proven value in being part of a supportive and loving community of like-minded and inspired ReCODE Protocol followers. We are pleased and excited to offer several significant ways to engage in such a community with the following groups: Care Partner Support, Type 3 (Toxic) Alzheimer’s Support, Mastering Nutrition for Cognition with KetoFLEX 12/3, ReCODE Protocol Support, and Mastering Mold Toxicity Education Group.

All of these programs are designed to provide a small group setting to share best practices, resources, and tips facilitated by one of Apollo Health’s elite ReCODE 2.0 Certified Coaches. We intend to create a safe and loving place to share wins and setbacks on your journey.

Care Partner Support Groups

The team at Apollo Health knows that caring for your loved one is one of the most challenging roles you can play in your lifetime. We also know how much value there is in being part of a loving community of other care partners dealing with similar challenges. This offering is open to our subscribers and non-subscribers.

* An important note: These sessions are for care partners only, without the loved one, ensuring that everyone can speak candidly and openly about their experience.

Type 3 (Toxic) Alzheimer’s Support Groups

As those familiar with the Bredesen Protocol know, participants struggling with type (3) toxic due to exposure to toxins and suboptimal detoxification pathways have additional challenges compared to the other subtypes. These challenges can be myriad and complex, requiring not only the expertise of a care team but significant education and advocacy on the part of the sufferer and loved ones. We at Apollo Health know there is much value in being part of a loving and resourceful community of other type (3) toxic sufferers dealing with similar challenges. We are offering a six-month Type 3 (Toxic) Alzheimer’s Support Group that will meet on Zoom one time per month. The group sessions will be facilitated by our Apollo Health Coaches, trained in the Bredesen Protocol and ReCODE 2.0 certified. This offering is for both ReCODE and PreCODE members; care partners of type (3) toxic are welcome to attend.

The Type 3 (Toxic) Alzheimer’s Support Groups are available to ReCODE members, but non-ReCODE individuals may join ONLY through their practitioner.

ReCODE Protocol Support Group

ReCODE Protocol™ Support Group is for members currently implementing the ReCODE protocol to get the benefits of being in a community with others undergoing their ReCODE journey. We know that living the protocol comes with challenges, and we want to help; this group will provide an ongoing place in which to share best practices, wins, struggles, and experiences with other brain-health pioneers.

While providing a place to complement your ReCODE Protocol journey, this group will not offer individual advice and does not take the place of a 1:1 relationship with a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Coach or Practitioner.

Pricing: The cost will be $25 a month for a total of $150 for the first six months, and you must be a new or existing ReCODE member to participate.

The ReCODE Protocol Support Group meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month, and the next meeting is on June 8 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. PT. Payment is due in full upon registration. Your facilitator for this session is ReCODE 2.0 Certified Coach Linda Meeks.

PreCODE Protocol Support Group

Creating ease through community building on your PreCODE journey.

Does it sometimes feel as though you are doing the Bredesen Protocol all alone? How would it feel, instead, to be with a like-minded group who “get it.” We understand, which is why we created PreCODE Support for you. Whether you have been practicing the Bredesen Protocol for weeks or years, sharing information and experiences in this community will ease your health journey.

Pricing: The cost will be $25 a month for a total of $150 for the first six months, and you must be a new or existing PreCODE member to participate.

Habit Change Support Group

This group is designed for those struggling with the changes necessary for better PreCODE or ReCODE compliance.

“I fell off the wagon” is a phrase frequently heard when working with PreCODE and ReCODE members. In order to be successful with either program, learning the “how” of incorporating The Bredesen Protocol into your life is just as important as the “what.” Changing habits of a lifetime is not easy. Still, we know that sharing time with others helps generate accountability and success. If you struggle with your commitment to any aspect of the protocol, this group is for you.

Habit Change Support is on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, and the next meeting is on June 21 from 10:30 a.m. to noon PT.

Pricing: The cost will be $25 a month for a total of $150 for the first six months. Payment is due in full upon registration.

Valerie Driscoll is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Coach whose coaching roots are in mindful habit change. Select the button below to register for the Habit Change Support Group. Payment is due in full upon registration.

Mastering Mold Toxicity Education Group

Mastering Mold Toxicity Education Group is a 12-week program that delivers a two-pronged approach to your detoxification journey: online education supported by live small-group coaching sessions. By explaining the intricacies of toxicity and detoxification in a relatable way, with the addition of a coach to help clarify your process, our strategy creates both content and context toward better compliance and continued success with your treatment plan. This group offers you an opportunity to have the support and guidance of a health coach specializing in mold detoxification.

A group dynamic is a powerful approach that creates momentum through sharing best practices, accountability, and camaraderie. This group will include six bi-weekly group coaching calls of 90 minutes through Zoom, three months of PreCODE membership, a private online forum to communicate with each other and your facilitator, 30-minute individual meetings with your facilitator to address personal needs, and will have no group larger than 15.

I am thankful for being able to communicate with people with a similar health situation and to learn how they are overcoming it.

Paul Asmus

The support group helps provide me with some real-life benchmarks on how one may best manage one’s own protocol realistically

JS

This is great for sharing experiences and building each other up. Great to share ideas and ‘things that work’. It is exactly what I was looking for.

John Hetzel

We focus on tips and different detox strategies but the sessions are filled with hope and encouragement for everyone. It’s so easy to be discouraged but our group won’t let that happen.

Carol A

The teachers are excellent, there is just so much to learn, and the support of peers is invaluable.

Rose H

They truly care about the well being and success of each participant.
