Apollo Health knows that adopting the ReCODE Protocol™ lifestyle can sometimes feel like running the gauntlet. A frequent challenge related to this is the overwhelming feeling of isolation resulting from a lack of understanding or belief in the protocol, both by the community in general and by friends and family in particular. This isolation often leads to great frustration and difficulty with compliance. It was with this in mind that we created our monthly support groups.

There is proven value in being part of a supportive and loving community of like-minded and inspired ReCODE Protocol followers. We are pleased and excited to offer several significant ways for engaging in such a community with the following groups: Care Partner Support, Type 3 (Toxic) Alzheimer’s Support, and KetoFLEX 12/3 Brain Food Pyramid Support.

All of these programs are designed to provide a small group setting to share best practices, resources, and tips facilitated by one of Apollo Health’s elite ReCODE 2.0 Certified Coaches. We intend to create a safe and loving place to share wins and setbacks on your journey.

Care Partner Support Groups

The team at Apollo Health knows that caring for your loved one is one of the most challenging roles you can play in your lifetime. We also know how much value there is in being part of a loving community of other care partners dealing with similar challenges. To that end, we are offering two six-month Care Partner Support Groups that will meet on Zoom, one time per month. The group sessions will be facilitated by our ReCODE-trained, Coaches. This offering is open to our subscribers and non-subscribers.

Here is what one of our Care Partner Support Group Members has said about his experience:

The Apollo Care Partner Support Group is a great resource and well worth the investment of time required to participate. A great camaraderie forms among the members. I recommend any caregiver give it a try.” — Bill F.

* An important note: These sessions are for care partners only, without the loved one, ensuring that everyone can speak candidly and openly about their experience.

Type 3 (Toxic) Alzheimer’s Support Groups

As those familiar with the Bredesen Protocol know, patients struggling with type (3) toxic, due to exposure to toxins and suboptimal detoxification, pathways have additional challenges compared to the other subtypes. These challenges can be myriad and complex, requiring not only the expertise of a care team but significant education and advocacy on the part of the sufferer and loved ones. We at Apollo Health know there is much value in being part of a loving and resourceful community of other type (3) toxic sufferers dealing with similar challenges. We are offering a six-month Type 3 (Toxic) Alzheimer’s Support Group that will meet on Zoom one time per month. The group sessions will be facilitated by our Apollo Health Coaches, trained in the Bredesen Protocol and ReCODE certified. This offering is for both ReCODE and PreCODE members; care partners of type (3) toxic are welcome to attend.

The Type 3 (Toxic) Alzheimer’s Support Groups are available to ReCODE members, but non-ReCODE individuals may join ONLY through their practitioner.

Patients struggling with type 3 (toxic) Alzheimer’s often have challenges above and beyond the other subtypes. These patients benefit significantly from exchanging the knowledge and practices they have developed to navigate their path on this healing journey.

Integrating the KetoFLEX 12/3 Brain Food Support Groups

What to eat? What not to eat? When to eat? So many questions!

At Apollo Health, we know that nutrition is the most important lifestyle factor in helping our brains. But as those familiar with the ReCODE Protocol know, it’s often the most challenging part of following this program.

The KetoFLEX 12/3 Brain Food Pyramid puts cognition-enhancing practices, such as fasting and foods, including healthy fats and non-starchy vegetables at its base.

Our goal is to empower you and transform your relationship with food so that the KetoFLEX 12/3 Brain Food Pyramid helps to implement the KetoFLEX 12/3 lifestyle and provides you and your loved ones with a clear path to optimize cognition and overall health.

Please note that registrations for this group have temporarily closed, and the session is full. However, you may add yourself to a waitlist for Group 1 by selecting the button below, and we will inform you when this group becomes available.
