How often will I see a practitioner on the PreCODE or ReCODE Program?

For PreCODE: Meeting with a practitioner trained in the Bredesen Protocol is optional. However, Apollo’s community of trained care providers: physicians, health coaches, and nutritional experts, can provide you with a clear and understandable approach to embracing a healthier and brain-optimizing lifestyle.

For ReCODE: Utilizing Apollo Health’s ReCODE Report and Dr. Bredesen’s 30-plus years of research, a Bredesen-trained practitioner is required to provide better and more precise recommendations to reverse your cognitive decline. You should connect with your Bredesen trained care provider around two to three times a year, or at the discretion of your care provider. Depending on your needs and your trained practitioner’s plan, these visits are typically one to three months apart.

How frequently will labs be run?

If you are a member of the ReCODE Program, your practitioner will want to reassess you after your treatment starts and may run another set of labs to see how you are progressing. Typically, reassessments are performed every 3-6 months from your last set of labs. Your trained practitioner can determine if a full set of labs is necessary.

If you are a PreCODE member, the frequency of ordered labs is up to you after the completion of your first PreCODE report. Typically we recommend annual reassessments.
