You should connect with your care provider around two to three times a year. Depending on your need, these visits are typically one to three months apart.

Labs are run once for the One-time ReCODE Report. If you enroll in the ReVERSE Program, your practitioner will want to reassess you after your treatment starts and may run another set of labs to see how you are progressing.
What is the estimated cost of baseline blood panel labs?
If you sign-up for the One-time ReCODE Report, the labs cost $1399.* However, by enrolling in the ReVERSE program, if you purchase the labs through app.apollohealthco.com, the cost is $1099.
*Important note for New York state residents: The Matrix Metallopeptidase (MMP-9) lab test isn’t available due to state regulations. Apollo Health will charge New York state residents $1,209 for a one-time ReCODE Report, and $909 for labs for subscribers on the monthly ReVERSE Program.

Could I run the same tests without the One-time ReCODE Report?

The algorithm provides practitioners and you with individualized options to guide you through your journey to better cognitive health.
How much will supplements cost me per month?
The cost of supplements may range from $150 to $450 per month based on the results on the assessment from your One-time ReCODE Report and your practitioner’s recommendations.
How do I know if this program is right for me?
The data gathered by the One-time ReCODE Report will let you and your practitioner know about your specific risks for Alzheimer’s disease. Based on these results, both of you can make decisions about the best direction for treatment. If you are already experiencing symptoms of cognitive decline, or have a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease, the ReVERSE program is the right option for you. This program is designed for individuals who need more resources to combat cognitive decline or the onset of cognitive decline.
As a prevention participant, can I work with my current physician?
Yes, you can work with your current physician. However, you will need to get your blood work done through the One-time ReCODE Report. And your doctor will need to consult a qualified Bredesen Protocol Practitioner so they can instruct your physician on how to enter the data from your labs into the report.

All of your private, personal, and medical information is stored and secured on our Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant system. The ReCODE software uses the latest encryption methods to protect all of your data. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

How does the ReCODE Report and software work?
The software used to run a One-time ReCODE Report uses a proprietary algorithm to generate a personalized report identifying the type of Alzheimer’s or its precursors. This report provides the information needed for you and practitioners to decide on the best treatment plan if you are suffering from cognitive decline.

How do I receive my One-time ReCODE report?
You can generate your ReCODE report by following the steps below:

What is the importance of staying on The Bredesen Protocol once I have made a one-year commitment?
The personalized treatment recommendations from the protocol consist of a lifestyle change. These changes need to be continued to maintain an effective reversal of cognitive decline and continued improvement.
Why do I need to be signed up through you and then also pay the practitioner?
A qualified Bredesen Trained Practitioner is required and essential for interpreting and entering your lab results into your One-time ReCODE Report. This is done to ensure that your practitioner can adequately assess your treatment plan.
I want to work with my physician since they are willing to support me on The Bredesen Protocol. How can they submit lab results to generate my ReCODE Report on the ReVERSE program?
There isn’t a way for an untrained and unqualified practitioner to enter the lab results into your report, so they need to work with a qualified Bredesen Trained Practitioner. The practitioner will help your physician order the necessary labs, and then will enter the data to generate your ReCODE Reports.
Can I switch practitioners?
Yes, you may add or change ReCODE Practitioners at any time. We have trained practitioners all over the world to help you put together a team you feel comfortable with to assist you with your treatment plan.
