Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil
  • Zest of ½ lemon (USDA organic)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Freshly cracked pepper
  • Optional: pinch turmeric

    Method: Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until glossy. Drizzle over seafood, greens, roasted veg, or salads.

2. Tahini EVOO Cream Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated
  • 1–2 tbsp clean filtered warm water
  • Sea salt to taste

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil (Eden Foods is a recommended brand)
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • Sea salt

    Method: Stir ingredients together, then let rest for 5–10 minutes. Delicious on shrimp, greens, or roasted vegetables.

4. Basil Avocado EVOO Green Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1–2 tbsp clean filtered water
  • Sea salt

    Method: Blend briefly until silky smooth. Thin with water to the desired consistency. Pair with eggs, salmon, shrimp, roasted veg, or zucchini noodles.

5. Cauliflower Lemon EVOO Velvet Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp EVOO
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, steamed
  • Zest of ½ lemon (USDA organic)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • Sea salt + white pepper

    Method: Blend until ultra-smooth. Thin with steaming liquid if needed. Wonderful on turkey, chicken, scallops, and asparagus.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 medium zucchini (USDA Organic), steamed until soft
  • ½ cup basil leaves, packed
  • ½ cup parsley, packed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • Sea salt + pepper

    Method: Blend on high until creamy and vibrant. Use on fish, bowls, or grilled vegetables.

HOLIDAY SAUCES TO MAKE MEALS FEEL SPECIAL

7. Cranberry Rosemary EVOO Holiday Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup clean filtered water
  • 2–4 tsp allulose (optional, just to soften tartness)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 sprigs rosemary (one cooked, one minced at finish)
  • Optional: zest of ¼ orange (USDA organic)
  • Pinch sea salt

    Method:
  1. Simmer cranberries, water, allulose (optional), and one rosemary sprig until berries burst.
  2. Remove rosemary.
  3. Purée with EVOO, ACV, minced rosemary, optional zest, and salt.
  4. Thin with clean filtered water for drizzling.

    Uses: Gorgeous over turkey breast, salmon, Brussels sprouts, roasted cauliflower

8. Walnut Sage Winter EVOO Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp EVOO
  • 2 tbsp walnuts (soaked 1 hour, drained)
  • 6–8 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1–2 tbsp clean filtered warm water
  • Sea salt + white pepper

    Method:
  1. Blend walnuts, sage, and garlic first
  2. Add EVOO, lemon, salt, and water to the blender
  3. Puree until silky.

    Uses: Perfect on roasted mushrooms, chicken, cauliflower steaks, and cold-weather greens.

9. Golden Shallot & Thyme EVOO Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp EVOO
  • 2 medium shallots, sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional for body)
  • 3–4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar or champagne vinegar
  • Sea salt + white pepper

    Method:
  1. Slowly soften shallots in 2 tbsp EVOO over low heat (do not brown).
  2. Add water, thyme sprigs, optional Dijon, and salt. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  3. Remove thyme stems.
  4. Purée with remaining EVOO and vinegar until smooth and satiny.
  5. Adjust thickness with clean filtered water if needed.

    Uses: This feels like holiday roast pan-drippings — without butter, flour, or stock. Drizzle on proteins, mashed or roasted vegetables.
