You can get started today by taking the Cognitive Quotient (Cq) assessment to determine which of our two programs is most appropriate for you. Lots of us know our Intelligence quotient, commonly referred to as “IQ.” An IQ test is a standard assessment that measures a range of cognitive abilities and provides a score that is meant to serve as a measure of an individual’s intellectual abilities and potential. But not many people know their cognitive quotient or “Cq,” designed to provide a snapshot of one’s current cognitive abilities.

Cq is a test devised by Dale Bredesen, MD, and created specifically to detect early signs of neurological degeneration. The Cq Assessment is comprised of the AQ-6 Questionnaire, a subset of the AQ-21 (a proven informant-based screening questionnaire for Alzheimer’s disease), and an abbreviated CNS Vital Signs assessment (that evaluates executive function, speed processing, verbal and visual memory). Your Cq score is a percentile, based upon how well you perform in comparison to age-matched peers.

Many people think that Alzheimer’s just affects older people and is a normal part of aging. It’s not. It’s a disease that until quite recently has been thought to be untreatable and unpreventable. A recent study has shown that the number of younger Americans affected (aged 30 to 64 years old) has tripled in recent years — a 200% increase.

It’s time to take care of the one organ that controls everything in your body- your BRAIN. When your neurological health is optimized, so is your overall health, mood, and energy. When you adopt a personalized program designed to support your brain, you can actually slow down the aging process and effortlessly perform at your peak. It all starts by quantifying your cognition.

How Do I Get Started?

STEP ONE

Take the Cq Assessment to quantify your cognition. The test takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Be sure to take it when you’re rested and not stressed in a quiet room, free from interruptions. You’ll need a PC, desktop, or laptop to take the Cq. The assessment will ask for your email address, which is used to email you a copy of your results after you have completed your assessment. STEP TWO

You’ll receive your score as a percentile compared to age-matched peers, which will automatically direct you towards one of two programs designed to help you optimize your cognitive abilities: PreCODE, short for prevention of cognitive decline or ReCODE, short for reversal of cognitive decline.
