The Clinical Evidence

The program is most successful when used as prevention or in the early stages of dementia. The recent clinical trial used a dataset comprised of those aged 50 to 76, all with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or early-stage dementia. Eighty-four percent of those participants showed a significant improvement in their cognitive scores, with an average of four points on a 30-point scale. Many also demonstrated improved brain imaging. This is enormously impactful when you consider that after more than 400 failed trials, the best that mainstream medicine has been able to do is slow the rate of decline.

The Sooner You Start, the Better Your Chance of a Complete Recovery

Expectations should be tempered, however, when beginning the program later in the disease process. Through his clinical work with thousands of participants, Dr. Bredesen has seen dramatic improvements in those in mid to late stages, but he hasn’t yet seen a complete, sustained recovery.

Many who are using the protocol in the mid-to-late stages, are experiencing not only cognitive improvements, but also an improved quality of life and a delay in disease progression. Dr. Bredesen would like to conduct a trial with participants who are in the later stages of the disease to further test efficacy in this group.

Personal Responsibility

It’s important to begin the program as early as possible. Researchers agree that the pathology behind Alzheimer’s takes at least a decade for the first symptom to appear. That means that our biochemistry is changing ten years or more before we begin to notice cognitive changes. This long pre-symptomatic period offers us an important transitional period in which we can effectively intervene.

When you make the decision to adopt the Bredesen Protocol, you need to be ready to make some significant changes to your diet and lifestyle. Achieve Peak Performance

At Apollo Health, we have many PreCODE Program™ subscribers who have started the program before symptoms have emerged. Many are children of parents with Alzheimer’s disease or are genetically at higher risk. They regularly report not only improved cognitive performance but also increased energy, enhanced mood, better quality sleep, and overall health optimization as a result of having started the protocol.

If you begin early enough, you have the potential to lead a long healthful, dementia-free life. Mainstream medicine continues to contend that Alzheimer’s disease is unpreventable, incurable, progressive, and fatal. Our research and programs are proving them wrong, one participant at a time. Join the revolution and begin caring for your brain today.
